Based in Fargo, North Dakota, Dan Koeck photographs in the Dakotas and Minnesota. Intimate portraits, timing, and sense of place define Dan's versatile style which he developed as a newspaper photojournalist. A native of St. Paul, Dan studied photojournalism and history at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of NPPA and an alumnus of the Missouri Workshop in Photojournalism.
